So we finally have a surgery date
for Shaun to get a vagal nerve stimulator put in. He will be having the
procedure done on the 25th of this month, so coming up soon. We also made the
decision to move in with Shaun's parents until the end of the year due to the
unexpected with the surgery and the fact that we have to go down to Salt Lake
about every two weeks for 3 months for checkups. Not the easiest decision to
move back in with parents but we feel it was the best option for us given the
circumstances... we will miss our friends and ward very much. We are also
putting all of our cards on the table for housing come January when school
starts back up for Shaun. We have our names on the waitlist for some apartments,
but it’s just a guessing game as to when we get in so that has been supper
stressful, but I know it will all work out the way it is supposed to. We are
excited for this new step in Shaun's life and we are optimistic that this
procedure will help the way it should. Even if it helps a little it could be
enough to get his medications to start working again which will be nice. I know
a lot of people are nervous because it is a surgery, but we are confident that
this is the next step the lord would have us take and we are excited for the
